Template Based Model

PM 5-7 is linked to KM 10 – The template based model is a pilot to assist students align their Practicals with their church activities , therefore using the template to report rather than create new activities to meet the PM compliance requirements. In addition the template based model provides guidance on what is expected and the form provides the understanding of what is expected and is captured as and when the activity is done. Hence it is good to download all the forms at the beginning and complete on a daily basis aligned to the relevant activities.
